WALT:writing our challenges in our own words.first my class had to write there own challenges in there green book and plus we had to do step by step in our green book than once we finished with our green book we had to copy from our green to our Chromebooks  but when had to put in hooks too.

types of hook

WALT:use types of hooks.i had to tell one of my friends to help me because i wasn't here when they had a class lesson. my friend told me that i had too read the book name SIX,THE embarrassment expert,boy on the bike,ki-o-rahi. than after i done that i had too put them in a slide show were other student's had there types of hooks.

WALT:why am i unique.we had a lesson on the broad and our teacher name sally said to as the hole class this is what we are going to do all week OK and we said OK and we had to do step by step until the end.  AND WE ARE LEARNING TO USE ES IN OUR TOPIC SENTENCE.

IALT using different strategy's.


  Use different strategy's  like place value and reversibility.frist our teacher called us by groups  than she Told us that we were going to use another warm up slide show so that she could keep up with the date and the working out that were going to be doing.

The easy thing was  writing the answer's.
The hard thing was trying to think what was the answer and what it will be.

IAL about Playtime rules.

 Playtime rules so what happens in the playground and in class. First we  had a lesson with sally than we sat in groups than we thought about making rules for our class and on the playground and how we play together and how it's going to work.

The hard thing was having to take photos and doing the bubble speeches.

WALT: use facts to support our ideas. 


I learn't about the environment and what we are doing to the environment that isn't helping it.but if we can grow trees and plants to help the trees and plants grow than the environment will become fresh and better but if we drive our car's and putting gas in the eir and making the environment bad but if there was no trees or plants we wouldn't be alive.

The hard thing was editing to my writing. 
The easy thing was writing and reading each paragraph,coloring the paragraph's.

WALT:use diffident shapes and doing our own pattern's.frist our teacher told us in the morning because we have class meeting in the morning's than sally showed us this math's slide show and told us everything we had to do.than we went off to do our maths slide show.

IALT write a letter and include a character description

WALT:write a letter and include a character description.


Kia Ora Matua,
Kei te pai ahau.  Its me matariki  it's so dark that i can't see my sisters and you.it's so cold that i keep rubbing my hands together and blowing my hands to keep them warm and i'm always shivering and trying to feel around and i should put warm clothes on.i miss everyone and there's nobody to play soccer with and i miss your hugs and kisses and bedtime stories.an i feel so scared because i am alone and it's so dark that i can't see my hands or feel  my hands.cause i am alone and there's no one to hug all tell bedtime stories and i can't see my sisters.  

I don't like tane because of his cross eyes and his eyebrows join together and his arms small like bum because his clothes smell like dead body.and his face looks saggy.and i didn't like it when he shouted out get back in the sky.and then he put his arms on his hips and then he put his arms out then pointed at us.he smells like fart and he walks like a grandpa and he's mean as a snake.

first we went to sally and than she showed us what it meant and than we went off and done it.and i learnt how to plane and write.the planing was the eases but the writing was the hardest.

IAL about bike safety

WALT:use safety rules.we went to the hall and there was two lady and one man,they talked about safety and checking where the moving parts on the bike.

matariki and the seven sisters



WAL about matariki and how matariki and about the story to.our teacher read the book about matariki and how tane throws them up into the sky.


Matariki  is a Maori new year. Every year the seven sisters disappear in may then appear in June. Matariki is 1000 of stars that we can't see.and matariki is in the constellation.

matariki came back because tane throws the seven sisters up into the sky and theirs are the seven sisters names waiti  waita waipuna arangi tipuanuku tipuarangi ururangi matariki

fraction is wonderful

IAL about fractions
first we watch the video. 
than we worked with sally.
than we done our onwn video.
I learned to use friction board i had not done it before.it was hard cause i had to keep the number in my head.and i kept forgetting the number that was in my head.but it was easy doing the clicking and dragging.
